First Eau Claire Distillery Whisky with an six year age statement. First single cask release.

Aroma: On the nose, the single cask expression is brimming with complexity. The sweet vanilla stands out over a sea of malty goodness, beeswax covered in honey, icing sugar and the pith of an orange, complemented by dry spiciness.
Taste: Upon taking the first sip, a fullness of flavour covers your mouth with dried fruit and progresses into a rich, warming, mouth coating maple syrup and clove that pleasantly lingers.

Each bottle purchase will include a piece of the Cask 10 barrel that the whisky was aged in.
