Eau Claire Distillery created a special gin made to commemorate this year’s Prairie Grid Dinner Series in partnership with EatNorth.

The idea behind the Prairie Grid Botanical Gin was to gather a list of botanicals from the participating chefs that represent the three Prairie provinces collectively in Canada’s first gin using a multi-provincial botanical blend.

The Prairie Grid Botanical Gin is a floral gin with a hint of sweetness!

The botanicals come from Alberta, Saskatchwan and Manitoba and include Rose Hip, Saskatoon Berries, Licorice and Alberta Wild Rose.
